Analysis for The Survey Results of Data Requirement of BPS-Statistics of Sawahlunto Municipality 2019

BPS-Statistics is committed to providing quality statistical data for all parties. Therefore, the Survey of Data Requirement was conducted to identify the level of data user needs and satisfaction. SKD 2019 was carried out in the Integrated Statistics Service Unit (PST) of BPS-Statistics of Sawahlunto Municipality from January to August 2019. The results of SKD 2019 were analyzed using several analytical methods, namely cross tabulation analysis, gap analysis, and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). SKD 2019 data processing is performed to obtain information about data requirements, the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), and Key Performance Indicators (IKU).
